. It works with my limited edition '92 Toyota pickup. It matched my existing tail light fittings perfectly. I do however have issues with insufficient voltage so be prepared and allow time for any potential troubleshooting and frustrations. There is some form of fuse built in so if the voltage is low the trailer headlights will NOT light up AT ALL. Not weak, but zero volts. By the time the voltage reaches my taillights on my trailer, the voltage is no longer sufficient to power the bulbs. I called Kurt and they offered to buy another plug that would run on battery voltage and not just the voltage provided by my truck's taillights. If I had to do it again I would NOT buy this and would buy a different setup. If I had to fit one like this again I would call Kurt and make sure I buy the one that fits my car, which is powered by a battery and not the voltage of the taillights. I solved this problem in my setup by buying LED bulbs for my trailer, but I want to be aware of this potential problem before buying. I have since used another pendant with LED lights and it has worked fine. However, if you're just backing up an old trailer and want to be sure it works, don't get your hopes up. My setup doesn't like traditional filament trailer bulbs.
