Review on ESOW Kitchen Water Filter Faucet: Lead-Free & Durable Stainless Steel Design for Reverse Osmosis Units or Water Filtration Systems by Tyler Ramey

Bought this faucet to replace one in our 12 year old reverse osmosis system. Chose it for style and price. Couldn't be happier! I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. Good quality and fairly close in design to our other Kohler kitchen faucets. Easy installation. But it included a plastic washer to attach it under our granite countertops. I was never able to tighten it enough to keep the faucet from spinning. Minutes after I installed it, I received an unsolicited email from the seller stating that they had supplied a "new" design with a plastic disc. They said they received feedback that the plastic washer did not fit. They went back to the steel disk and the mother. They asked if I would like to try it. Yes! I also had a small leak due to the slide fitting attached to the plastic tube. Nothing serious. I told them about it. A few days later I received new hardware and a steel washer/nut. Installed in 10 minutes and everything is fine. Great product, great service, great experience!
