Does it help your neck while you sleep?

Good padding, comfortable to hold my head and neck when sleeping in a chair. The downside is that it's fairly compact, there's little stability to keep my head from tipping left or right, and it's not good for my neck. I'm working on a solution for this. And it's still one of the top two neck pillows I've found.
