I took the headphones to the service center, they returned it the same day with a refusal. Arriving home, I decided to open the fabric on the arc (I had to cut it). The fault was in the place where the "sled" of the very metal plate that leaves and is visible to the user ends. The main arc is plastic. After that, I opened the whole fabric and tried to break off the wire in the same place on the other side of the wire. Nothing happened. The material bent, but did not break, and there was no characteristic white mark at the place of the bend. I took out a hacksaw and started sawing, I had to go through almost the entire thickness before the arc fell off. Compared the fault and cut. I saw that on the fault it was more likely a manufacturing defect during the casting of the part. Conclusion: it seems that there was mechanical damage on my face and they kicked me off as a client, because the marriage is not visible under the casing, otherwise it cannot be removed. I conducted an examination and was convinced of the opposite - this is a manufacturer's defect. I could not break it so I checked it on the second side. Now I have torn headphones in working order. I remember the work of the Harman hotline and the picture for me was not in their favor.
