Review on ๐Ÿพ Ultimate Protection: American Kennel Club Carseat Cover for Dogs by Raegina Smith

Not for large dogs in tote bags and travel items

You get what you pay for. This rear seat cover does most of the job of protecting the car's upholstery. This is an artificial canvas with a rubberized underside. Enough to repel dirt, water, etc. I bought this as a cheap fix to protect my back seat from my 57lb yellow lab. My observations after several rides in the car: 1. The straps seem to be firmly attached to the cover, but the buckles are made of very cheap plastic. They're not broken yet, but it seems inevitable.2. There is a zipper between the two loops that go through the front seat headrests. So you can fold down a seat without opening everything. Good idea but poorly built. The zipper opens. I plan to change it myself by putting in a better zipper / I see this works well for a dog that weighs less. Large dog owners, especially those who exercise a lot, SHOULD NOT buy this. I will buy a more reliable case in the near future.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Slightly torn
