Purchased these to lift whole chicken when roasting in the Dutch oven. Does exactly what it needs to do. Love that it is round. Have to be careful it didn’t scratch the enamel surface of my pot. It’s high which is good but wish it were a little lower bc the bird touches the lid with this rack but I can look past that because it’s round and it fits in the pot!
- Very well made racks, it was just to high to use for canning in our pressure pot.
- The rack may cause pressure cookers to take longer to come to pressure
