Simple design, generous proportions. Very easy to install. In terms of fit, it's a raincoat, not a wetsuit. Designed to cover and protect existing seats (and seems to do it well) not to repair or replace them. The straps are more than long enough and the buckles seem to be of above average quality. . They're thick enough to handle muddy feet and big enough to handle the heaviest of shedding. I'm not going to wet my jeans and sit on the blanket to try it out, but if I get caught in the rain I'm pretty sure I won't have to lay down a towel before sitting down (who has a comfortable towel?). Durability and water resistance will be addressed as needed/opportunity.
