I've been wearing it for a month, it works well. The switch button works fine, especially if you have soapy hands. The lightness of the handle means you don't have to struggle with it. I recommend it! Well it's been about 6 months now and the hand shower (which isn't heavy) falls off after a few hours. It's very annoying that I have to put it back up every time I need to use it. When I come back, I find it necessary to stretch out my hand again. After contacting the company through Amazon they will send me a new diverter. My first review was good, so I really liked how the product worked, but after a few hours it fell through, prompting me to write a second review. Customer service is good so I hope this replacement will last. (no pun intended) ;)
