As always, Love promises very little but delivers more. The set is well thought out down to the smallest detail and beautifully finished. It's also a huge bonus - not fraught with choking hazards. So I felt great on game day last weekend when my daughter's two BFFs ended and the kids kept passing pieces to my 4 month old son as he hung innocently in his playroom. This set of blocks entertained a 1.5 year old. , 2.5 years and 3.5 years at the same time for a long period of time. The elders convinced the others that they should pretend the little wooden men were gymnasts and they built a whole sports field and had a big giggle party. They also surprisingly enjoyed cleaning up the sets. Everything fits neatly into this wooden box and it was a fun challenge for her spatial thinking to get all the pieces back in. String sets kept them on their toes during the singles. I'm thrilled to see my two children (and apparently all of their friends!) growing up with this kit - I'm sure we will love it for many years to come. Come!
