Good luck Floppy and Tape Drives

I wanted and needed this product for work. If you're like me, you've found a stack of floppy disks in a vault that may or may not contain anything of value. It's been over ten years since you've had a computer with a floppy drive, so this little 3.5-inch USB stick comes to the rescue. You may get lucky and get access to all your files, but you will most likely encounter problems such as: You might think that the hard drives in the storage broke. , which is entirely possible. But what I found on dozens of drives is that only about 1% were really bad drives. This drive just reads discs inconsistently. I ordered another 3.5" drive from a different brand and found that they are physically identical. Ironically, what couldn't be read from one disc could sometimes be read from another. Lots of work trying to recover old digital photos from one of those early 3.5 inch disc cameras. How can I be sure it's a 3.5" USB stick and not discs? In almost all cases where the original digital camera couldn't read a disc or a specific file, it had no problem reading the same disc. So here are my tips for getting your files back and hopefully never dealing with a floppy disk again. . 1. Don't give up on the ride. 2. Try another drive. 3. Wait an hour, a day, etc. and try again, sometimes the disc has already been read after 10 minutes. 4. If you have one of those old floppy disk cameras, try the copy function and copy the disk in question to another disk...sometimes it worked. 5. If it's really important or you just don't have time to waste time on all of the above, try getting an old computer with a 3.5" drive and copying files about that computer onto a USB drive , to transfer a CD or even cloud storage it is available can connect to the Internet. I believe this 3.5 inch USB flash drive will not replace those originally made for branded computers.
