Works but missing parts.
This is the exact same wheel mounted on the Harbor Freight mechanic's seat. I had a broken roller and it fit perfectly. Unfortunately, one wheel was missing a nut that cannot be bought in hardware stores, so only 1 star for the packaging. I only needed 1 wheel and since it's 2 packs I didn't yell about it.
