Disappointing product

This cable does not reproduce the richness of sound of a regular aux cable. Also, it randomly turns the music off (sometimes on mute) which is very frustrating when you're driving and you have to fight your phone's volume because your cable is obsessed! I wish there were more reviews mentioning this when I bought it, but I got it when the Note 10+ was just released.
