Review on Walker 53880 Domestic Catalytic Converter by Thomas Taylor

Great fit and comparable to the original. My problem stems from the fact that it showed up with three separate shipping stickers/tags/plastic wrap bags stuck to it. Before installation, I had to take a thinner and a scraper. Then, after installation, stand there while it idles and watch it smoke from the remnants I couldn't tear down. Also, the three-bolt flange that connects to the manifold isn't threaded like it comes from the factory, so you'll need a nut and bolt combination. Also, you will not be reusing the factory gasket between the manifold and the converter. And the replacement is not the same type. You must purchase Walker part #31589.
