I like it, easy assembly, the colors are very nice. My first one was missing a part but I contacted the seller and he sent a replacement so quickly I couldn't even track it! My rat uses this lovely thing but mainly for parking or storing things. It's not the product's fault at all, it's just that Mr. Frank Morris is VERY specific about how he spends his time and apparently such training isn't on his list. (Yes, the cage pictured is quite small, he will be leaving it soon. This is his quarantine cage. He is biting and recovering from an injury.)
