Review on 🐵 Hooded Monkey Dog Sweater by Mia Smith

My dog started shedding hair as he got older so I was on the hunt for sweaters. It seems all good ones are sold (or just not sold) in plus sizes at my local pet stores and Target, so I experimented with Revain. My dog is 47lbs (Lab, Shorty from her litter) and the extra large fits her perfectly (although I'm not sure it will fit a 60lb dog as advertised). It goes from her neck to her tail, with enough room for the width of her chest and for her front legs to fit through the sleeves. I can actually put on a small hood if I want to take a picture (although it doesn't really stay on and doesn't have to). Unfortunately this is not a very soft wool so I gave it 4 stars. instead of 5. The pattern is cute, the fabric is tight, the appearance is the same as the picture, but I think it's probably a little itchy. My dog is very tolerant of wearing clothes, so a dog who isn't used to wearing sweaters may have trouble getting comfortable in those clothes. Haven't tried washing yet but will probably air dry to avoid shrinkage.
