I want a refund ! Faulty fabric on shoes , color blead onto clothes fabric

My granddaughter wore these shoes one time. They got a little damp , not wet! , during play time she sat on her feet. the dye from the shoes come off on her clothes. A $50 outfit totally ruined. Tried everything to remove color, nothing helped. Needless to say we have a ruined outfit and shoes that we will never wear again. I would appreciate an opportunity to return these shoes, and receive a full refund
