Review on Bag Decapper Shrink Tool Combo by Jay Matlock

The plastic seems unreliable for a cap remover but it worked great. I don't know if all wine bag lids are the same, but the lid for the Winexpert set popped out easily. Haven't tried shrink caps yet, but they seem to work well too. It attaches to the bottle and holds the shrink cap in place so you can submerge it without touching the hot water with your hands.
