good board Use the correct USB cable

There were initial difficulties uploading the sketches and we have contacted the supplier. They responded quickly with some helpful suggestions. The problem was a bad cable. If the board has a pre-installed program running but does not show up as Silicon Labs Bridge in Device Manager, there may be a driver or cable problem. I used the Windows 10 CP210x driver installer available from SL and found a micro USB cable that supports data transfer. The charge-only cables that come with many rechargeable devices will not work.
