I like the fact that it has a hard back which gives it a more premium feel and soft foam padding inside to protect hard drives or other equipment from external impacts in case the case needs to be dropped, but that's the downside for me is that since the case can comfortably hold two hard drives, the partition on the inside of the case separating the upper bay from the lower one is not thick enough to protect the hard drives from damage. on the inside, since I believe two hard drives colliding with each other wouldn't be a good thing for them, it also doesn't have slots for things like SD cards and it's also almost made specifically for WD Passport hard drives if you use it try install other drives like Sea-Gate, Lacie, they might fit but not very well but overall I wouldn't return it. I'm just going to be careful with it and make sure to make my own modifications to it to make it fit my purpose and eventually it has those chemicals that I smell like products in this category usually have. It's not too harsh as it doesn't smell from afar, but if you get it close enough you'll notice the smell, especially if it's exposed to heat, but I still like it, so I'm keeping it.
