Okay, I'm not usually the type of person to write product reviews, but my husband and I just took a trip from Jersey to Virginia and then to Alaska and this thing nailed it kept whole trip. When we got our stuff out there was some moisture inside but it didn't look like my stuff was in the water. moisture expected. If I had one tip, I would make sure it's fully boxed. Scale down if you think you don't have enough stuff to fit in to keep the shape. We had no problems with it the whole trip. We were worried about people breaking it while we were out so we bought a padlock that locked the zippers together and had no problems. I would say they could provide better instructions on how to assemble it. We had to find a video on YouTube lol
