Received the cable in the mail quickly and was very happy to be up and running. When I laid my first cable, everything was taut. I cut the wire, tore off the outer shell. and inside it was damp. I have never seen any liquid in the cable. At first I thought it was some kind of oil, and I thought maybe it was supposed to be there. But then the liquid dried on a paper towel, so I'm guessing it's water. It didn't smell of oil or isopropyl alcohol. Also, there were portions of the wire itself that were copper colored, but on some of the wires I stripped the wire looked like it was corroded. Hopefully, regardless of this rating, the seller will respond to my direct inquiry and let me know what's going on here.
