Okay I just spoke to Sanus customer service and they sent me replacement mounting screws. In short, if you're very careful you shouldn't have a problem. The problem with the screw is that it's a hex screw and not the full hex head (like most others). So too much torque and it will break. I'm mounting in a cement wall so I removed 2 of these; as seen in the last picture where I used my own screw. I love the pull out function which I didn't quite understand when I bought it. I have a Samsung Q90T 75 inch and let me tell you that there are some issues with this mount and TV. 1. Tow ropes are too short for easy access. I extended them with my rope. 2. The power cord protrudes on this model unlike the previous Q90R or Q95T. I'm trying to decide whether to cut a hole in the cement wall or find a flatter cable. VERY bad design for Samsung here 3. As I said the screws should be hex head screws to give you more torque and less stripping.
