Mine wasn't as clean as the others

After reading all the reviews and seeing some pictures showing how clean these refurbished PCs were, I decided to buy this one. Unfortunately my computer looked very used and there were significant scratches on the top of the case. The packaging wasn't nearly as good as the photos in the reviews, and the keyboard and mouse were obviously used, with broken parts of the keyboard rattling around inside. Functionally, the PC is working very well so far. As others have said, the price is only worth the cost of Windows 10. Windows is a terrible product in my opinion, but I need Windows to function and this PC is the fastest Windows PC I've ever used. After logging in from a cold boot, the PC responds almost immediately. Other budget Windows PCs I've owned before always seemed to have problems within minutes of logging on. A few other things: My DVD drive took the DVD and died. , did not eject or read the disc. Everything was fine in "Device Manager" and all the usual fixes showed that everything was "working correctly" (it seems some things in Windows never change!). Started to work. OK again. never mind There is no WiFi on board, so bring your own. It has two DisplayPort outputs, which is very convenient and drives my 4K monitor very well. He is very quiet. Uh, I was under the impression that "Windows 10 Pro" would have Office on board? Maybe I was out with Windows, but this PC didn't have Office on board, but there was an Office app that sends you to the cloud for Office programs. I haven't tried it, we have it at work and I do HATE IT Documents can be very slow It looks like the vendor includes "Libre Office" so you have "Office" built in. I use it on my Linux computers so I'm fine with that. Overall, the PC is a good deal. I'm just a little disappointed that mine wasn't as good as everyone else's. But I'm still happy with the value for money.
