The purchase is a failure, very unhappy.

All the moving parts in a scooter produce noise, which the hollow deck amplifies.
The front wheel had a backlash when purchased, however this was fixed during servicing.
The folding mechanism was then discovered to be rattling. Plastic spacers were useful.
The rear fender gasket then proved to be helpful, although not on any surface.
Occasionally, the steering wheel would shake.

I don't suggest it generally.
