This jewelry tool is a total disaster! Despite being marketed as a solution for deformation, it only made things worse! The mandrel is poorly made and the adjuster doesn't function as advertised. The only redeeming quality is that it arrived on time. Do not bother purchasing this item if you value quality and accuracy in your Arts and Crafts accessories..
