Every time I read about the huge problem our plastic waste is causing to the planet, I felt guilty. The photos of the giant plastic island created by people in the Pacific Ocean are so disturbing! I finally decided to replace all the plastic garbage bags, many of which I use every day, with compostable/biodegradable versions, even if they end up in landfill. I already knew that real biodegradable bags wouldn't be strong enough for a weekly collection, so I took a chance and bought them. You are fantastic! Most of the litter we have is kitty litter, which is heavy. These bags are durable and won't break. On the day of the garbage collection I didn't see a single accident. The only thing I wish they were a bit bigger so I didn't have to tape them to our glass or they would fall off, but no more.
