The best part about this app is that it allows you to send surveys through email, which makes things easy for me as I am not always near my computer when someone wants feedback! It has been great so far but sometimes there are issues with sending emails (it takes too long).

If anyone needs an effective way of getting customer input without having them come into physical contact then give these guys at least one try - they have helped us get many more leads than we had before by simply providing our clients another avenue in order improve their business relationship experience!!
