A great weighti set for increasing strength.

The assembly of the weights are easy to put together. The ability to switch to barbell is a bonus for some advanced exercises. The only thing I wish was different was how slow it feels screwing the ends down to secure the weights. It seems like they could have come up with something easier and faster.
