Review on ZOSI Surveillance Security Capability Detection by Jordan Doyle

The product works well as a DVR, but I've only had it for a few days. S/W is complex and full of bugs. The first hurdle for S/W was getting a working email. Eventually I stumbled upon the Gmail account working and allowing me to log in. After logging in, the software disappeared from my screen and only remained in the taskbar. I'm an advanced PC user and couldn't do anything to get it on screen. There are other software packages available on their website that installed and ran, but none of them gave me a live cam. I was able to run S/W on an old Windows 7 laptop but the cameras didn't show up either. One aspect of the software is setting a separate IP address for each camera. The S/W says to refer to the manual, but the manual says nothing about it. I have contacted support but they are only available via Facebook and email. I tried both and got an email reply after 20 hours. The answer basically apologized for everything but offered no real information. They wanted screenshots of what was being shown, which I sent out. After 20 hours I received another reply asking for the model number already in the subject of the letter and again a series of apologies. Completely useless support. After playing with it for 3 days I wrapped it up and sent it back to Revane.
