I like that it is so easy to create customer profiles, track their interactions with your business - whether they are customers or prospects- you can see all of this information in one place! And there's also integration for other important CRM tools such as Salesforce and Hubspot which makes life easier when working collaboratively across departments. It would be great if we could set up our own dashboards within cogoedit itself instead of having to go into an external tool. Also make sure you use good tagging practices otherwise some fields may not have useful data attached to them. We used CoGoEdit initially because it was free but now need more features - especially custom reports (we don't want another reporting platform). However using CoGloedit has made things much simpler than trying to manage everything manually by logging activity ourselves.
