Very helpful tool indeed - easy way out!!

The best part of this software is that it allows us to see what our customers are doing, where they're coming from etc.. We can also track their progress with each step in order to keep them engaged throughout the process. I wish we could add more features such as tracking multiple steps at once but other than that there's nothing much i dislike about using cogoide. It really helps me stay updated with all my customer interactions so that when any one asks for assistance or needs help related…

  • User friendly interface.
  • Ease communication between users across different platforms like chatbots / email threads.etc?
Cons
  • A little bit buggy sometimes (like getting stuck during login)

Great collaboration between Customer Relationship Management platforms

I like that it is so easy to create customer profiles, track their interactions with your business - whether they are customers or prospects- you can see all of this information in one place! And there's also integration for other important CRM tools such as Salesforce and Hubspot which makes life easier when working collaboratively across departments. It would be great if we could set up our own dashboards within cogoedit itself instead of having to go into an external tool. Also make sure you
