The best part of this software is that it allows us to see what our customers are doing, where they're coming from etc.. We can also track their progress with each step in order to keep them engaged throughout the process. I wish we could add more features such as tracking multiple steps at once but other than that there's nothing much i dislike about using cogoide. It really helps me stay updated with all my customer interactions so that when any one asks for assistance or needs help related to product/service, you will be able to cater accordingly without wasting time searching through your emails & chats again.
