This is my first adult nipple set so I have nothing to compare it to but I don't think the nipples are the best quality. The frosted silicone will flatten out after you use it for about 10-15 minutes and you have to wait for it to fill with air again. The only good thing about it is that there are 2 of them so you can turn it off. Also, your mouth will feel weird after a while. Also, the design is really cute and they come with matching pacifier clips. Overall score 7.5/10.
