I had the monitor for 6 months then it just decided it didn't want to display the image properly anymore. It faded and vertical stripes appeared on both sides of the screen. Goes to the website to order a replacement, prompts you to enter the serial number and SNID, but then doesn't give you enough space to enter both, then says to fill in the serial number and SNID field must.
