This monitor is just annoying. Probably the best value for a 27" 1440p monitor not in use, in open box or without decoration. Made by a really good company. Check out the specs for yourself. Pros: Fairly bright. Good color (assuming I'm color blind). 60Hz works great. Cons: If your head is slightly off-center, you'll notice that the sides darken. I don't work at all. You will see in the picture that there are horizontal lines. They quickly flicker on the screen, rendering 75 Hz unusable.

The image on the monitor was very faded even after using the Acer app to reconfigure the settings based on several suggestions found on the internet and Acer's own website. The monitor does not turn on after the computer wakes up from sleep mode when connected via DisplayPort. Works fine with HDMI.

Cons: Won't wake up from sleep mode when connected via DisplayPort. Regardless of the settings or the quality of the cable. You need to reset the connection because the power button is not responding. In a multi-monitor setup, while it has less severe wake-up problems when connected via HDMI, it wakes up more slowly than other monitors, so when the system polls the screens it doesn't see it and remaps all the windows on it other monitors. Arrived in pristine condition. Easy setting. No problems after a few weeks. Although the controls are a bit cryptic. I don't understand why manufacturers don't standardize how these things are handled. They are all different.

Didn't even last a year and of course I can't get it back. Don't waste your time or money. I have a Dell monitor that has lasted 15 years and other brands that have lasted several years.

Works pretty well. There is no remote control, the menu is inconvenient. Just changing the volume is a headache. If it doesn't recognize any input, it shuts down. So when I switch from game to PC, I have to change the input first and then turn off the console. It's just a little uncomfortable. Good price.

Today I received the monitor, none of the buttons are connected to the board at all. There is no reaction or tactile feedback when pressed. The stick on the bottom dangles and flies all over the monitor. To return.

I just got two of these monitors that work as a third and fourth monitor. One works via HDMI, the other via DP connected to the RTX 3080. They both turn off randomly and the status light changes from blue to amber and won't turn back on without turning off power from the plug. I've tried switching ports with my two primary monitors, turning on/off free sync, resetting all settings, etc. Doesn't fix anything. Bought this 27" monitor for €180. Good deal for the price. I don't use it for gaming. This is part of my workstation, 24-27-24, three monitor configuration. Permission helps a lot. Love the extra screen real estate .For under $200 and 1440p this is a good buy no problems so far.

Not happy with this monitor. When I opened it and took it out of the box, I heard something rattling inside the monitor. I set it up and noticed that the "on/off" indicator was missing and it must be rattling in the monitor. I was hoping this would still work, but luckily no, it doesn't. And to make matters worse, since it's been over 30 days since I bought it, there's nothing I can do. Thank you Covid for delaying my opportunity to open this and see if it works. This monitor is bright enough with excellent colors. I find 27 inches and 1440p are the best moments for a monitor. I use this monitor with my laptop as an external display and it's great. I wake up and can't wait to use my computer and look at this beautiful display.

Good value for money but there is one major downside. Sometimes it freezes when switching to sleep mode. None of the buttons work and the only thing that can be done is physically unplug the power, wait and reconnect the power.

The monitor came with a large scratch on the screen. The packaging itself is undamaged, so the defect was before shipping. The seller should not have shipped items with such serious blemishes. Since the return process for large items like monitors/TVs is not as easy as it is for small packages and I need the monitor as soon as possible, I decided to keep it for myself, but I would probably buy such things newer. one in Revain. The monitor itself is good for the price.

It's a bit pricey but worth it with the built-in blue light screen. This is one of the best monitors. I use it for school but I might buy another one to play with.

These monitors are great, with one small exception. When my computer goes to sleep, one or both monitors will NOT wake up when I wake up my computer. I can't turn it off either, it's like frozen. To fix this, it needs to be disabled for 5 seconds. Very annoying, but when they work, they work.

This item did not work right out of the box - the image did not come from the PC through one of the available ports. After checking with ACER USA Technical Support, it was determined to be damaged but service was only available from a US address. So if you live outside the US, your only choice (thank goodness) was to go back to Revain.

I had the monitor for 6 months then it just decided it didn't want to display the image properly anymore. It faded and vertical stripes appeared on both sides of the screen. Goes to the website to order a replacement, prompts you to enter the serial number and SNID, but then doesn't give you enough space to enter both, then says to fill in the serial number and SNID field must.

Nice upgrade from my lower resolution dual monitors. The problem, although minor, is the power button and other buttons on the back! With two monitors, I need to reach one monitor. I do not understand that.

So overall I'm very happy with this monitor. Looks good, the picture is sharp and clear. My only problem is that I have it as a second monitor and sometimes (several times a week) when I wake up the computer the monitor doesn't wake up. Pressing the buttons on the back doesn't help either. I have to physically unplug the power from the back for a few seconds and then plug it back in. Very strange.
