The monitor came with a large scratch on the screen. The packaging itself is undamaged, so the defect was before shipping. The seller should not have shipped items with such serious blemishes. Since the return process for large items like monitors/TVs is not as easy as it is for small packages and I need the monitor as soon as possible, I decided to keep it for myself, but I would probably buy such things newer. one in Revain. The monitor itself is good for the price.
