The heater is small and unobtrusive. The bright LED screen is easy to read from any distance, and the remote makes it easy to operate. Where this unit shines, is the amount of heat it will emit. I found out something interesting: I put the heater close to me and focused it directly on my body while I worked at my desk. It kept me warm, but I could tell as soon as I got up from my "bubble", the room would be freezing. It was. But then I tried placing the heater in the middle of the room on a steel chair. I set it to "oscillate". Within 10 minutes, I had heated an entire 14 x 20 foot room. THAT was impressive. Now, I didn't have to worry about getting out of my immediate work area, because the ENTIRE room was warm.Also, I tripped over the cord once and sent the unit crashing to the floor from the steel chair. It didn't break or even chip. It just stopped (as it's supposed to). But it was nice to see it could take a good fall and still work. I highly recommend this heater. You'll be happy you bought it.
