I'm just over 5' tall and had a lot of trouble finding a chair for my home office that was ergonomically appropriate. So far so good with this one. I wish I knew Steelcase also has an adjustable table that goes deeper than the one I bought. This chair was very easy to assemble. I assembled 6 different chairs this year and this one got an 11/10 for ease of assembly. Seriously satisfied. No tools required. The only wish is that the slope has fixed points except for the straight up. I recline my chairs for better lower back and lower back support. My job was to insert wedges into the mechanics of the chair. ** Only do this if you are certain you risk bodily injury and will void your warranty. Very strong crushing points and risk of material breakage/flying around. I stuffed 2 lego bricks into mine.**Great local customer service. The Revain FAQ has instructions on how to remove weapons. You will need a torx screwdriver and patience as they have hidden the entry points to keep the chair clean. You can buy armplugs from your local Steelcase dealer for around $40.
