The platform has made our lives easier when it came to tracking guest info and having access to all of their information. We can now have their profile created upon check-in and provide them with their room key. This helps us to eliminate time spent at the front desk or having to manually enter a lot of data every time we need to check up on someone's status. There are times when I would like to be able to see more detailed information about a guest that I am checking in, but I guess that is one of the downsides of using this software. It allows me to easily keep track of my guests and make sure they are happy with their stay.
