The platform is simple to use and has great features like automated sequences that get more open rates as you go along and then move your subscribers into different phases of their buying process. I really appreciate how well it handles sending emails through third party systems such as Mailchimp or AWeber. They have an excellent support team which is always willing to help out with any questions my clients may have. It would be helpful if they could offer some sort of trial period for new customers so we can make sure this service fits our needs before committing large amounts of money. We are able to send targeted messages to leads at very little extra cost than what other services charge us when our list grows beyond 1 million contacts.
