It was simple and quick for us to set up our program. We were able to see all details about our customers in order of how often they purchased from us. I liked that we could add more features as time went by. I dislike that the app does not update itself unless it is completely re-installed. If you want something that is easy to use, this is it. We needed something that would help us make sure we had the correct information when it came to customer service and product returns. This has helped us improve our return rates.
