Plastic guides don't fit/go back
The box itself is nice. It has plastic parts that need to snap on the top long edge so the files slide smoothly and don't damage the fabric. These "rails" are so stiff and too narrow that I can't stretch them to fit the width of the top of the box. The plastic needs to be about 1/8 inch wider to snap at the top. I emailed them to ask if I was doing something wrong and explained my problem. They responded by sending me a link to a video for that product. Didn't help me. I'll go back and buy something that works.
