This sewing machine is incredibly useful as it has everything you need to start sewing. At home, you can choose an AC adapter that plugs into an external power source. If you go outside there is even an option to drive on batteries. It's lightweight and portable. If you prefer the old-fashioned route, a foot pedal is also included as a plug-in. I'm also very impressed with all the thoughtful details like the LED lighting, Thread cutter on the side and a ruler on the side table. The ruler scales are even engraved and not printed, in this case the scales do not fade easily. There are also lots of great little tools and 10 color bobbins, especially the needle threader. It saves me a lot of manual work time and is definitely worth buying.
