I've enjoyed the feel of traditional mechanical keyboards (blue and brown switches) for the last year or so, but wanted something smaller and quieter (for a dorm college). I tried that From previous viewings I couldn't tell how quiet it really was, so I was hesitant to buy at first. But it quickly turned out that they are only slightly louder than a regular membrane keyboard, which is great! However, there is a bit of a "bouncy" sound to this keyboard, but that doesn't bother me. The feel is also even better than I expected. Imagine the combination of the ease of typing on a laptop keyboard and the tactile feel of a blue switch mechanical keyboard. That's pretty much it (although it feels less tactile than the average blue switch, it's still more tactile than the brown one). Lighting and detachable cables work as expected. The keys have a matte finish that's comfortable to type on, although other reviews mention that they pick up fingerprints easily. They are more difficult to remove than regular keys without a cap remover. In terms of typing speed, I was able to get my usual 60 wpm all day, sometimes even 70, although it takes some practice to limit errors as it takes less effort to flip the switches. This is a well-made, great keyboard! It is unlikely that you will regret buying this keyboard!
