I'm 6ft 3" and 175 lbs. I have long arms and long sleeve shirts don't suit me very well. But this one definitely did. I'm not ridiculously skinny, but I'm not very broad-shouldered either. I bought a big one to be safe, I usually go for those Most t-shirts are medium sized. It breathes great and is very comfortable. I'm a welder. And I use it at work. Surprisingly, this shirt has withstood welding sparks and tiny splinters from the damper (grinding) washer very well. Although I'm impressed. And I will continue to buy this product after this has been crushed or set on fire - I can't avoid it even with FR clothing.
