BUY THE CALDERO SET! You will fall in love! We got this set last week and have used 1 or both pots for every meal from bacon and eggs to grilled cheese sandwiches, pot and fried beans, tortillas, roast chicken, pork, veggies, rice and the list goes on! Absolutely perfect eat every time. Frying pans heat up quickly - only cook on low or medium heat, high heat is not necessary, it will damage and stain the pan. You need potholders. Do not leave the pan on the stove after use, it cools down very quickly on the stand. After they cool down, you can literally wipe them off with a damp cloth. We are in love with this beautiful cherry red set! Interior ceramics in a beautiful white shimmer. And at a very reasonable price. We will purchase a backup set as soon as they become available.
