I ordered this for my Electra Cruiser bike because the seat was quite worn and I wanted the added benefit of extra padding. This is a great pillow as it provides extra cushioning and padding. Unfortunately it was too narrow for my seat. My bike has one of the widest seats (common for cruisers) and the back pad was too narrow. I tried it out on my husband's Trek bike which fits so I can get a feel for how comfortable it is. I will look for another size that fits my own bike better. It's pretty easy to install - it just stretches and it takes a bit of muscle strength to get it tight on the seat - I'd recommend two people (one to hold the bike and the other to pull the cushion) , but it can be done with one person. It measures about 10.5 inches long and 6.75 inches wide at the back (this area is too narrow for my bike). Once you stretch it out, the velcro wraps underneath to help keep it in place. It seems to stay in place pretty well, but we haven't tried it over long distances, so I can't confirm it. Overall this is comfortable as it adds cushioning and padding and also makes the center of the seat more comfortable. because of the cut. Please make sure it fits your bike before ordering.
