This product makes as much sense as your child's pencil drawing - it's a great idea, but it's poorly designed and just doesn't work. there is nothing to hold it in place. The clasp stays shut until you turn around when it pops open and the whole thing falls off, scattering your stuff everywhere. Second, the rubber pad that holds the entire unit in place is unnecessarily thin. So much so that it didn't even hit all sides of the back of the head, let alone stick to it. Third - the bottom of the hook is perfectly flat. This may not be an issue for everyone, but my headrests have a plastic bass with a small knob to adjust the height. The bottom of the hooks should be concave to fit. Or maybe covered with rubber to prevent slipping. I tried anyway and the hook just fell off. Eventually, once the hook is in place, you won't be able to flip the phone over while holding any part of it. But that doesn't matter, because the hook won't stay in place anyway.
