Just right for my runs, will go about 3-8 miles of water depending on the weather without being too big or heavy. I prefer this to a hydration belt or vest that bounces around. The case fits my iPhone XS Max with a medium sized case when needed, but it fits well. I prefer to use it for pepper spray, band-aids, lipstick, etc. and put the phone in my pocket. No leaking issues like the others and you really have to squeeze pretty hard to get the water out. I wish it was actually a little easier, but it doesn't have to be. My only valid complaint as a fairly clumsy person would be to make the spout out of a softer material as it's really tough when you run and manage to smack it in the mouth or teeth.
