We were very upset when we first got this app because we couldn't find it, but luckily the responses from the community included a link to download it from the site. I was able to download the app and connect it to my phone. The quality of the camera is really impressive, especially since I forgot to remove the plastic lol. For that it's still very good. Make sure when you get it you order a SIM card and format it on the dashcam (in settings) and you can connect by pressing the square stop button on the left side of the screen and then the Wi -Fi button when press the bottom middle. Then you will get the wifi information/password to connect in the app. It doesn't stay connected, so you can't even connect and then inevitably search on your phone. But if you want to download a video and watch it all from your phone, you can do it through the app. Works better than the last cheap camera I had! I only gave 4 stars because it was difficult to find the app, but now I'm glad I found it out. I hope this helps future buyers understand this as well. Check the answers to the questions, they indicate the location of the app!
